This is a nourishing smoothie bowl full of protein and healthy fats to keep you satisfied all morning. What I love about it is that it tastes like chocolate ice-cream!
Prep time: 5 minutes
1 serve protein powder (I use Healthy Chef Organic Pea Protein in chocolate)
1 heaped teaspoon cacao
1 frozen banana
1 cup almond milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 medjool date
1. Blend ingredients together in a high-speed blender.
2. Top with nuts and shredded coconut.
