1 cup chopped kale
1 handful of raspberries (can be substituted with any type of berry you prefer)
1 chopped Granny Smith green apple
1 cup coconut water
1 small frozen banana
1 tbsp chia seeds
1. Blend all ingredients until thick and smooth.
