This holiday season I whipped up the most glorious, sun-shiny and tropical cake by Lauren Glucina from Ascension Kitchen. Like most raw cake recipes I like to make, it’s gluten-free, refined sugar-free, dairy-free and vegan.
The only difference between the original recipe and mine is that I took out the passionfruit and reduced the measurements so it turned out to be more of a raw mango tart.
This is definitely another cake recipe I will make again.
