luscious (three-ingredient!) berry sorbet

Want a luscious sorbet in an instant? I mean, literally, in only a few seconds?! This is by far one of the easiest desserts you can whip up, plus, it’s GF, WF, SF and V. Too easy 🙂

***Nutritional notes:*** Berries are low in calories, high in fibre, full of antioxidants, vitamins and minerals.

Serves 1

Prep time: 1 minute

Ingredients:

1 cup mixed frozen berries
1/4 avocado (for creaminess)
A splash of almond milk

Turn it into ice-cream: replace the almond milk with coconut cream or milk to your desired consistency and set in fridge.

Just blend all ingredients together and enjoy!
