I admire people who are motivated and disciplined enough to stick to a fitness routine. Those people who view working out as an ingrained habit like brushing their teeth or taking a shower.
While most of the time I don’t see exercise as a chore (only because I’ve found workouts that I love), there are definitely times when all I want to do is vegetate.

The best thing is that they can be motivation for pretty much anything, simply because they’re just cold hard truths.
If there’s one thing I’ve learned, any goal worth having requires hard work and commitment. There are no shortcuts. Sure, you can put things down to luck or help from the universe, but what you put in (be it time, effort, money, energy), you get out.
